The Reducers remain on hiatus while Steve continues to fight his illness. No new gigs are being planned, and any ones scheduled earlier have been cancelled. We will not be appearing at the Wolf Den on April 10th as previously planned.

A lot of you have inquired about what, if anything, you might do to help Steve out while he tries to get “back to normal.” Steve has been working as a self-employed building contractor for more than 30 years and it’s now been over 3 months since he’s been able to do any work, due to his condition. What Steve and his wife Charlene could really use right now, in addition to your continued prayers and best thoughts, is some money to help them with their mounting bills. The Reducers regret to announce that we’ve had to pull out of the Hygienic Rock Fix next Saturday and that there will be no live shows scheduled for a while. Steve has been laid up with a serious illness and is working hard on recovery. We all look forward to playing out again in 2012 and plan to use the downtime to finish up some recent recordings. We hope to see you all again before too long, but in the meantime send your best wishes in Steve’s direction and keep rocking!
